Who are we?

We are EMI and NATI. Well, that's what Nati's mum calls us. We've often been called "geeks" for our obsession to all things LOTR, or "dorks" for just being dorks. But what makes us awesome is that we are cousins who both have miraculously godly thunder thighs and are laughing our arses off while writing this, because there is really no sense behind it. We cried from all the laughing we did just to get this blog started up, so cheers to us.

How did the blog get its name? You see, Nati was being the usual queermo she is and while we were sitting in the dark with the glow of the laptop screen on our faces, she started clapping her thighs together and saying, "let there be THUNDER!!!" Then later since we had nothing to do we decided, "hey, let's make a blog for tracking our pointless distractions." We both agreed like the simpletons we are, and as usual the best part of making a blog is the name. At first we were stumped, but then the sound of Nati's thighs reverberated in my head and I yelled, "stop clapping your thunder thighs!" at the same time as she yelled, "let there be thunder!" Suddenly, it clicked.

Let there be thunder... thighs.

And so goes the tale of the creation of our blog, Let There Be Thunder-thighs.
